Check Your Voucher Balance

You can easily check your voucher balance anytime using our online balance checker. Follow the steps below to view your current balance and voucher details:

1. Enter Your 16-Digit Voucher Number
Locate your unique 16-digit voucher number, which is displayed on:
The back of your physical gift card, or – The front of your PDF voucher document, labelled as “Voucher Number”.

2. Enter Your Online Access Code
– For physical gift cards, the online access code is located under the scratch panel on the back of the card.
– For PDF vouchers, the access code can be found on your digital document or on your purchase receipt.

3. Check Your Balance
Once you have entered both the 16-digit voucher number and the online access code, click “Check Balance” to view your current balance and voucher expiry date.

Important Notes
– Please ensure all details are entered accurately to avoid delays in accessing your balance information.
– Vouchers must be redeemed within their validity period, as outlined in your purchase terms, and are non-refundable.
